Additional Information About Our Fleet

Boulevard Limousine strives to make your chauffeured transportation experience the best you have ever had. With that being said, there are a few additional items and policies that need to be made aware to our wonderful clients.

To ensure the availability of a particular vehicle for your reservation, a non-refundable deposit may be required to place and confirm your reservation. This deposit serves dual purposes for both the client and for Boulevard Limousine. Once your reservation and deposit are received, the vehicle is taken out of the sales circulation pool and will not be made available to other clients. This deposit acts as a sort of insurance in which the vehicle is guaranteed to your reservation and revenue isn’t lost from turning away other potential clients.

There are times where due to excessive demand, delays due to weather, traffic, flight delays, etc., and other events, it may be necessary for Boulevard Limousine to extend a complimentary upgrade for your reservation. Examples of this include use of a stretch limousine or SUV in place of a sedan, use of a 32-passenger mini-coach in place of a smaller 14- or 24-passenger mini-coach, or use of a 14-passenger mini-coach in place of a 10-passenger van or SUV. At times that these upgrades are provided, please know that these are complimentary upgrades and you, our valued client, will not be charged anything additional for this upgrade. If you do feel inclined, however, to tip additional to your chauffeur, please do so but again, these are complimentary upgrades.

During the process of building or modifying vehicles that are commonly used for chauffeured transportation, many after-market parts and products are utilized during the build process. These parts and products include things such as long-length windows in stretch limousines, push-out emergency windows in vans and buses, or roof-top emergency exit hatches. During extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain, excessive winds, blowing snow, or any combination of such weather events, water or snow may seep in or around or be pushed by strong winds around the seals of these emergency exits or around the molding of these windows. While in production, these vehicles are tested to ensure that the vehicle is sealed sufficiently, however, it is difficult to simulate all of the weather events like those mentioned above. Unfortunately, occasionally there may be an extreme weather event that will push water or snow past the seals and make its way into the vehicle. Virtually all modified vehicles and buses that are required to have such safety features in place will have leaks associated with the safety instruments. We do what we can to prevent this from happening, but this little bit of discomfort that must be sacrificed for safety measures such as emergency exits.
