Voucher Terms & Conditions

Vouchers issued by Boulevard Limousine, LLC are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Vouchers are only good for a single reservation.  Any remaining balance on the voucher in excess of amount of a single reservation is automatically forfeited and is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and may not be used toward another reservation or toward any other service.
• Vouchers may only be applied to the fare of the reservation and may not be used toward the gratuity, service fees, fuel surcharges, airport fees, tolls, parking fees, or any other type of fee or surcharge, or  for any additional items or services such as red carpet roll-outs or balloon bouquets.
• Any additional costs exceeding the value of the voucher, including items or services that are not covered by the voucher, will be paid by the redeemer.
• Only one voucher redemption is allowed per reservation.
• Vouchers are only good with services purchased directly from Boulevard Limousine, LLC and may be limited to redemption in select markets and for select services (i.e. vouchers may not be eligible for redemption for airport transfer services in the Indianapolis market).  Select promotional offers and/or specials may have additional voucher redemption limitations.
• Vouchers expire on the last day of the month indicated on the voucher for services that occur on or before the date of expiration.
• When placing a reservation and using a voucher, please notify your reservationist of intent of voucher redemption for your reservation.  Your reservationist will require the following information found on the voucher:  Who the voucher was issued to, the amount of the voucher in U.S. Dollars, the voucher code, who the voucher was issued by, and the expiration date.
• Vouchers must either be sent in to our corporate offices or given to chauffeurs before or at the time of service.
• For reservations in which vouchers are being redeemed, partial or full payment for the reservation may be required as early as the time of booking and prior to the service being provided.  A refund will be given in the amount of the voucher once the voucher is redeemed.
• Vouchers do not have any cash value.
• Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged, or stolen.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Boulevard Limousine, LLC is final.
• Boulevard Limousine, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
